InstaDeep acquisition agreement

BioNTech and InstaDeep announced an agreement under which BioNTech will acquire InstaDeep, described as a technology company in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The release says BioNTech-trained AI and machine-learning models are planned to be embedded across discovery platforms, and that the companies have jointly developed multiple end-to-end AI-based applications. Closing was still expected in the first half of 2023.
