Genesis Molecular AI collaboration expansion

Incyte's quarterly report for the period ended 30 June 2026 says that in May 2026 the company entered a license, research and collaboration agreement with Genesis Molecular AI covering the building and deployment of artificial intelligence to accelerate discovery of novel molecules. Under the agreement, Incyte will identify targets and Genesis will use the Genesis Exploration of Molecular Space artificial intelligence platform to identify molecular structures for each target. The filing says Incyte paid Genesis $120.0 million, made up of an $80.0 million upfront payment and a $40.0 million equity investment.

Edison Scientific Kosmos AI collaboration

Announcement

Incyte's second-quarter 2026 earnings release says that in May the company expanded its use of artificial intelligence across discovery and development, including a strategic collaboration with Edison Scientific to employ Edison's AI scientist Kosmos.

Genesis Therapeutics GEMS AI collaboration

Incyte's first-quarter 2025 update says that in February 2025 the company and Genesis Therapeutics entered a strategic collaboration on the research, discovery and development of novel small-molecule medicines, initially for targets selected by Incyte. The same update says Incyte receives exclusive rights to develop and commercialize collaboration products leveraged through Genesis's GEMS artificial intelligence platform.

The Unseen Journey generative AI program

Incyte's 2024 global responsibility report says that on Rare Disease Day the company launched The Unseen Journey, using generative artificial intelligence to illustrate the experiences of people living with myeloproliferative neoplasms. It says that as patients described their symptoms, generative AI created images of the hidden emotional and physical toll of those diseases, and that the stories and images were shared through 2024.

Vitiligo Assessment Tool for clinical-trial images

Incyte's 2022 global responsibility report says patients in its vitiligo clinical trials have an AI-driven tool for tracking progress. It says a smartphone app launched in 2022 lets patients and healthcare providers capture, share, compare and review results, and that the Vitiligo Assessment Tool uses machine learning to analyze skin images for changes in skin characteristics.
