Roivant's prospectus says the in silico small-molecule discovery engine at Roivant Discovery is powered by QUAISAR, which it names as QUantum, AI and Structure-Activity Relationships. The same section says those capabilities predict how molecules interact and power in silico assays, and that the engine includes a suite of degrader-specific machine-learning tools the company has developed.

The same prospectus says Roivant aggregated clinical-trial technologies at its subsidiary Lokavant. It says algorithms trained on operational metadata from over 2,000 trials are designed to identify the most important risks in time for researchers to intervene, and that Lokavant's software is in use in Roivant's late-stage trials and in trials run by other sponsors and contract research organizations.

Roivant said its subsidiaries Proteovant Therapeutics and VantAI had entered research collaborations on protein degraders and E3 ligase platforms. VantAI and Janssen Pharmaceutica will use VantAI's geometric deep learning platform, which generates degrader candidates for two disease targets. VantAI and Boehringer Ingelheim will use that platform to design degrader molecules. The Proteovant collaboration with Blueprint Medicines brings in VantAI's artificial intelligence technologies for degrader generation and optimization. The release says the Blueprint, Janssen and Boehringer Ingelheim collaborations include aggregate contingent milestone payments of over $1 billion as well as product royalties.

Roivant said it had entered a definitive agreement to acquire Silicon Therapeutics. The release says physics-based approaches at Silicon Therapeutics are to be integrated with machine-learning approaches at VantAI, including the use of computational-physics simulations as training data for VantAI's degrader-specific deep learning models. The agreement was still subject to customary closing conditions.
