In its second-quarter 2026 results, Alnylam said it had announced a collaboration with a large health care system in California to support that system's DETECT-ATTR study. The study evaluates Invision Precision Cardiac Amyloid, described as an AI-enabled, FDA-cleared echocardiography screening approach for cardiac amyloidosis.

In the same results release, Alnylam said it had expanded its strategic partnership with Komodo Health to scale Marmot, which Alnylam describes as Komodo's analytics AI platform, across key enterprise functions at Alnylam.

Alnylam and Inceptive Nucleics announced a strategic collaboration, valued at up to $2B with upfront consideration of $30M, pairing Alnylam's RNAi platform and proprietary siRNA data with Inceptive's foundation models and AI expertise to accelerate nucleic-acid drug design.

Alnylam said it is partnering with Viz.ai to develop an AI-enabled ATTR-CM care pathway that combines an FDA-cleared Us2.ai echocardiography algorithm with electronic health record connectivity. The release says the related AWARE study will launch at five pilot health systems later in 2026 to generate real-world evidence.
